Policies
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
Cancellations
Minimum of 24 hours advance noticeis required when canceling an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice, or you no show for your appointment, you will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. Cancellations will NOT be accepted via email, please call, leave a message, or visit the online booking as soon as possible to avoid the fee.
No-shows
No call within 24 hours or "no show" will be charged a fee equal to 50%of the scheduled service for the missed appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a service. Out of respect and consideration to myself and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled and canceled through online booking, as long as it is 24 hours prior to the start time of the scheduled service.
Payment
Full payment is expected at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, credit/debit card, or gift card.
Clients who choose to pay with cash or check will receive a $5 discount on services. (Please note: this discount applies to services only and is not available for gift card purchases.)
For payments made by check, a $25 fee will be applied to any returned or canceled checks.
Please understand, I am a small business. Therefore, missed appointments without proper notice are costly and prevent me from being able to schedule other clients. If you are unable to keep your appointment please call or text 978-464-1015 at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. If you do not reach me, leave a message. If I do not receive a message from you and you do not keep your appointment, the above policy must and will be applied.
I will provide utmost respect and professionalism, and I expect clients to do the same. Any behavior falling short of this standard will lead to the immediate termination of the session and a request that the client not return. Clients will remain modestly covered throughout the entire massage.
